These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Tabletop Tunes website, progressive web app, and mobile apps (“Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. License to Use the Services

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Tabletop Tunes for your personal, non-commercial use. All content, including music, sound effects, code, and visuals, is owned by Anthony Sabatino Music LLC unless otherwise stated.

Redistribution of audio assets outside the Tabletop Tunes platform is prohibited without a separate written license.

2. Purchases, Trials, and Subscriptions

Tabletop Tunes offers:

  • One-time purchases

  • Monthly and annual subscriptions

  • Free trial options (where available)

Purchases are handled by:

  • Apple App Store

  • Google Play Store

  • Stripe (for web transactions)

All payments and refunds follow the policies of these platforms. Tabletop Tunes does not process or store credit card information.

3. Account & Entitlement Management

Subscription and purchase entitlements are managed through:

4. Prohibited Conduct

7. Disclaimer of Warranty

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Services is to discontinue using them.
